Support for National Defence Education
General education schools and vocational training institutions can apply for support from the Defence Resources Agency for national defence education according to the Minister of Defence’s regulation on the “Conditions and Procedure for Supporting the Field of National Defence Education.” The purpose of providing support is to promote the teaching of national defence education in schools.
Support can be applied for:
- transportation to outdoor camps organized by the Defence League or Defence Forces units;
- national defence education field trips;
- purchasing teaching materials.
Applications for support can only be submitted during announced application rounds. Information about the opening of application rounds, conditions, and planned budgets will be announced on the website at least seven calendar days before the start of the application round.
Applications for support and reporting are conducted through the Ministry of Culture’s Application Processing Information System (TMS) at the following address. You can submit an application in TMS if you are the school principal or a person authorized by them, such as a national defence education teacher.
