Reports on the Fulfillment of National Defence Service Obligations in the Country

Research reports

The study “Opinions about the Estonian Defence Forces Before and After Conscription” has been conducted since 2007 by the Defence Resources Agency and the International Centre for Defence Studies. The survey is carried out annually among young men called up for conscription and those registered in the reserves. The study reflects expectations towards conscription, satisfaction with completed service, evaluation of the organizational aspects of starting conscription, and the willingness to join the service as a professional soldier.
